Our organisation facilitates the formation and strengthening of Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) comprising small farmers, fishers, and NTFP collectors from marginalized communities. By placing women and youth in leadership positions, these member-governed enterprises become catalysts for inclusive, sustainable development. By integrating operational training and robust governance with access to institutional credit and market linkages, the initiative equips small producers with the essential tools to achieve economic self-reliance. Through this integrated approach, small producer groups transcend traditional limitations, achieve better returns, exercise collective bargaining power, and gain direct access to formal markets—ultimately improving livelihoods and advancing poverty alleviation across rural communities.
